Refunds and Returns

 Return Policy; Please note that these are print on demand products, we do not accept returns. We encourage you to carefully review product details and sizing charts. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel, refund or exchange sizing after the order has been put into production. Please ask any questions you may have before making a purchase. 

Refund Policy; We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase from us. If, for any reason, you are not  satisfied with your order due to incorrect, damaged, or defective items, we are here to help. Incorrect, damaged, or defective items are eligible for a full refund. The refund window is 30 days, starting from the date the order is marked as delivered by the carrier.

 Damaged Items or Print Quality Issues: If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with the print quality, email us at info@cruise-crafts.ca  with your order number and attach a clear photo showing the condition of the item(s) in question. We will promptly review your case and initiate a refund if applicable.
